In this video Fattouh explores her father's relationship to his hometown Beirut. Their conversation reveals that her father like many people of his generation, maintains a nostalgic relationship to Beirut from the 60s-70s. The post-war period is lived by her father as a failure, his present seems to be frozen in a glorified past.
